This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) lists what you may not do on Affinaut. It applies to all users and forms part of our Terms of Service. We may update it as our payment partners’ requirements change.

1. Prohibited activities
- Anything illegal, fraudulent, deceptive or that infringes others’ intellectual-property or privacy rights.
- Distributing malware, phishing, or content that harms users or systems.
- Harassment, hate speech, or content that exploits or endangers minors.
- Misrepresenting your identity, business, or the nature of your offers.
2. Prohibited & restricted businesses
In line with our payment partners (Paddle and Binance Pay), you may not use the platform to promote or transact in, among others:
- Illegal drugs, controlled substances, and related paraphernalia.
- Weapons, explosives, and regulated firearms.
- Adult/sexual services and illegal adult content.
- Unlicensed gambling, betting, lotteries, and “get-rich-quick” / pyramid or Ponzi schemes.
- Counterfeit goods, stolen data, fake documents or credentials.
- Unregulated financial, investment or “guaranteed returns” offers, and unlicensed crypto schemes.
- Any product or service prohibited by applicable law or by Paddle’s or Binance’s acceptable-use rules.
3. Affiliate-traffic abuse
Because Affinaut powers affiliate networks, the following traffic practices are specifically prohibited:
- Cookie stuffing, forced clicks, or fake/auto-generated clicks and impressions.
- Fabricated, incentivised or misleading leads and conversions.
- Trademark or brand bidding in violation of advertiser terms.
- Misleading creatives, fake testimonials, or deceptive landing pages.
- Bot, proxy or emulator traffic intended to manipulate tracking or payouts.
4. Crypto & financial abuse
- Money laundering, terrorist financing, or sanctions evasion (see our AML & KYC Policy).
- Using mixers/tumblers or funds from illicit or sanctioned sources.
- Payment fraud, stolen cards, or unauthorised transactions.
5. Technical abuse
- Attempting to gain unauthorised access to the platform, other tenants, or accounts.
- Overloading, scraping or disrupting the service, or bypassing usage limits.
- Reverse-engineering or reselling the platform except as permitted by law.
6. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations and take action including warning, content removal, suspension or termination, withholding payouts linked to fraud, and reporting to payment partners or authorities. Serious or repeated violations may result in immediate termination without refund.
7. Report abuse
