These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Affinaut platform operated by Affinaut (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service
Affinaut is a multi-tenant, white-label affiliate-network platform. Each customer (“tenant”) receives an isolated environment to run their own affiliate program — including tracking, smartlinks, server-to-server postbacks, reporting and payouts. We provide the software; you are responsible for how you operate your network.
2. Accounts & eligibility
- You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your credentials secure.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account and your tenant network.
3. Plans, billing & payments
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or as stated at checkout). The price, currency, billing period and any taxes are shown before you confirm.
- Merchant of Record. Card and similar payments are processed by Paddle, which acts as the Merchant of Record (reseller) for those transactions. Paddle handles billing, invoicing, and applicable sales tax/VAT, and its buyer terms apply to the purchase.
- Cryptocurrency. Crypto payments are processed via Binance Pay. You are responsible for sending the correct amount, asset and network. Crypto transactions are final and irreversible once confirmed on the blockchain, and amounts may be subject to exchange-rate volatility and network fees.
- Renewals. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; see our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
- Non-payment. If a payment fails or is reversed, we may suspend or downgrade your account.
4. Free trial
We may offer a free trial. At the end of the trial, your selected plan begins unless you cancel beforehand. We may change or withdraw trials at any time.
5. Acceptable use
You must use Affinaut lawfully and in line with our Acceptable Use Policy and AML & KYC Policy. Prohibited activity includes fraud, abuse, illegal content, and any conduct that harms the platform, other users or third parties.
6. Your data & responsibilities
You retain ownership of the data you and your network put into the platform. You grant us the limited rights needed to host and operate the service for you. As a network operator you are the controller of your affiliates’ and advertisers’ data and are responsible for compliance with applicable laws (including data-protection and consumer rules). 7. Intellectual property
The Affinaut software, brand and content are owned by Affinaut and its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service during your subscription. You may not copy, resell or reverse-engineer the platform except as allowed by law.
8. Third-party services
The platform integrates third-party services (e.g., payment providers, hosting, email). Your use of those services is also subject to their terms, and we are not responsible for their acts or omissions.
9. Suspension & termination
You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay, or use the service in a way that creates legal or security risk. On termination, your right to use the service ends; we may delete your data after a reasonable retention period.
10. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Affinaut is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of [your country/jurisdiction], and the courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here and, for material changes, give reasonable notice. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the new Terms.
