This User Agreement sets out the responsibilities that apply to everyone who uses Affinaut, whether you run a network (tenant), or act as an affiliate, advertiser or manager within one. It works alongside our Terms of Service.

1. Acceptance
By creating or using an account on Affinaut, you agree to this User Agreement, our Terms, Privacy Policy and Acceptable Use Policy. If you use the platform on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to bind it.
2. Your account
- Keep your login credentials confidential and notify us of any unauthorised use.
- Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for everything done under your account.
3. Network operators (tenants)
If you run a network, you are additionally responsible for:
- The conduct of the affiliates, advertisers and managers you onboard.
- The lawfulness of the offers, creatives and traffic on your network.
- Paying your affiliates correctly and honouring the terms you set for them.
- Complying with advertising, consumer-protection and data-protection laws in the markets you operate in.
4. Your data & content
You keep ownership of the data and content you put into the platform. You grant Affinaut the limited licence needed to host, process and display it so we can provide the service. You confirm you have the rights to use that data and that it does not infringe others’ rights.
5. Prohibited conduct
You must not misuse the platform. Prohibited activity is described in our Acceptable Use Policy and includes fraud, traffic manipulation (e.g., cookie stuffing, fake or incentivised leads), spam, malware, infringing or illegal content, and any attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the platform.
6. Fees
Paid features are subject to the fees shown at checkout and billed through Paddle (cards) or Binance Pay (crypto) as described in our Terms and Refund Policy.
7. Termination
You may stop using the platform at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that breach this Agreement or create legal, security or payment risk. Questions? Contact support@affinaut.com.
